We Love Pets!
Your furry friends are part of the family, and at Riverview Tower, they’re welcome too! Our pet-friendly community is designed with both you and your pets in mind, offering a dedicated dog park and plenty of space to roam. Whether you’re a dog lover or a cat enthusiast, we have a home for you.
To keep our community happy and safe, we do have some guidelines. We allow up to two pets per apartment, with a 75 lb weight limit for dogs and a monthly pet fee. Some breed restrictions apply, so be sure to check in with our team for details. Got questions? We’re happy to help!
